這位小哥哥擁有一雙迷人的眼睛!
雙眼皮總是給人一種有話想說的神秘感!
再加上一股陰鬱的氣息
實在讓人難以抗拒啊!

Been in self-isolation self-quarantine since I’ve been back in Sydney and doing nothing but sitting on my ass and looking through my photos from my Japan trip. . These alleyway photos are still some of my favourite. Even though they don’t have some tourist landmark in the background and most likely it’s just some dirty alleyway, it’s the mood that gets me. You have to love just wondering into an alleyway and finding a cozy ramen shop, an izakaya or a cafe. Missing those times. Missing you Japan. But did you know right outside the forest is an amazing place full of tourist friendly shops and stands? I think I actually spent more time right outside the forest than inside. . From Tenryuji Temple, to the Kimono Forest, to Togetsu-kyo Bridge and the Monkey Park, it’s so easy to spend a whole day here in Arashiyama. Definitely one of my favourite places in Kyoto. This time there were no lines, and the insane crowds you’d usually find inside the bamboo forest were no longer crowds, but more like waves/packs of groups. . Some spots in the Bamboo Forest were completely empty and silent. I felt like I was standing miles away from civilisation in some forest waiting for a panda to wander itself in for a lazy stroll. Unfortunately, no panda. T R A V I S S U(@travis.su)分享的貼文 於 PDT 2020 年 3月 月 17 日 下午 7:09 張貼 在 Instagram 查看這則貼文 I came to Nara for 2 things. The deer and the strawberry. . And the answer isn’t steroids LOL I’m not that big. But I did manage to pack on more muscle In the past 6 months than I have in my entire gym journey since I was 16. My secret? . Protein. Why aren’t I getting shredded? I’m going gym 6 days a week so why is there no progress? Why aren’t I losing fat? Answer: you’re not eating enough protein. Protein is super satiating and burns more energy when you eat it than eating carbs/fat; not to mention it’s absolutely crucial to build muscle, and nothing burns fat better than your own muscle. . My advice? Check the nutritional info in your food and everyday try to eat 2grams of protein per kg of body weight. So if you weigh 80kg, eat 160g of protein per day. If it’s too hard with your normal diet, throw in a protein shake that’s low in fat/carbs and high in protein. Thank me later ✌????
